Returns Policy We ask that you contact us by phone or e-mail immediately, after a fault arises or if you recieve the wrong part you placed the order for.
As soon as a fault is found on a product contact us by email or by telephone and a member of staff will advise on the next step of procedure.
Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be tested to ascertain the cause of the fault. Should any item returned as faulty be found to be fully functional upon testing, it will be returned to the address provided. We reserve the right to charge the cost for testing (currently £30.00) and/or the cost for return carriage to the credit card used at time of original purchase.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
